Ben Wong was born in Surabaya on January 15th, 1949, and has been passionate about painting and drawing since a young age. As a self-taught artist, he developed his artistic practice through various experiences, including drawing comic books during his school years. He studied Architectural Design for three years and later ran an advertising firm before returning to pursue his passion for painting. Ben Wong began painting in 2000 and has continued to create artworks ever since. His works have been exhibited in various art spaces across Indonesia and Asia and are held by private art collectors nationwide.
